I had been paying more with NPower than other suppliers & used the price comparisons to work out who to switch to. However NPower tell me that the comparrison sites don't take their 1 month pay back & £80 pay back & that it will be cheaper to stay with them than The 2 providers the sites show. Who to believe? Any Advice out there?

the one month pay back wont show, all the switching sites i have seen and that's quite a few show npower's discount and even state that they include this annual discount. All the switching sites give annual quotes and include standard incentives (the ones all customers get).0

I'm not sure about this either and have stuck with Npower because of the £50/60/80 cashback each year as I'm usually in credit anyway so this just adds to my lovely pot of cash to claim back each year. We had so much hassle and stress changing over when we moved in that I'm not sure I want to go through it again. I will be watching this thread with interest!:jToday is the first day of the rest of your life; live it as if it were your last. :beer:0

I hope that my recent thread in this forum will serve as a warning that these comparison sites do not necessarily do what it says on the tin!0
