do i have to submit a new hb claim if ....

my jsa has been scantioned if not how do i go about getting it restarted or as i have been scantioned cause i had no net conection and i did not update my universal job match enough

    You shouldn't have to submit a new claim. You need to provide the HB office with proof of your income for the period your JSA was stopped. Phone to see if you can make an appointment or go in and wait.

  • You do not need to submit a new claim - just make a statement explaining what has happened and what your financial circumstances are.
