    Found the previous topic on the same issue but like this one it's completely devoid of usable information so I can't see how people here are going to be able to help.

    Did the ex-BT engineer not find anything or did they not actually come out? It's certainly possible there is an issue within the house either due to cabling or certain equipment so it really needs someone to have a look at the router, check the ADSL sync and stability and check the noise levels. If the router is having trouble syncing and showing a lot of noise then everything needs to be removed from the phoneline and the router plugged into the master socket to see if the problem improves then work from there.
