The RSPB sell all their raised stamps to a company called "kiloware" who in turn offer them through huge "unsorted" lots in magazines. The amount stated above is a guess made by the treasurer at the time, Margaret something or other, as to how much they make, I guarentee you kiloware pay them nothing like that. Although it is true they do pay more for foreign stamps.

EDIT: Just checked and kiloware are currently charging £12 per kg foreign so I very much doubt they are paying £12.50 lol
