I see Morrison's fresh fish counter has got them on offer?
can anyone rate them or suggest what to do with them?

It's just white fish isn't it, so could be cooked and served just like any other type?
However, Morrisons pride themselves on having proper qualified fishmongers (and butchers) in every store, so you could ask the person serving you for cooking instructions and suggestions, and they should be able to give informed advice.0 -
We've eaten tilapia loads of times. Just pan fry in a bit of butter and sprinkle with a bit of fresh dill or parsley. Season with salt and pepper. It's quite a tasty fish with no bones.
Felines are my favourite0 -
Tilapia is the posh name for Bream - a freshwater white fish. Used to catch and cook them regularly when we went on fishing holidays as a child. Quite tasty, but nothing really to differentiate it from other similar types of fish.
Most whole fish do well when wrapped in foil and flavoured with lemon slices, butter and herbs - put them in the cavity along with more lemon slices on the top. Cook either in the oven or on a bbq.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0 -
