Sent off my appeal form and it has been recieved.

What happens with payments- do I not get paid until a decision has been made or do i get paid in the mean time?

And when?

Is this a migration from IB to ESA or just an ESA from start in the not too distant past? If the former then you will get paid at normal rate that you were already on - but if the latter then you will get the assessment rate - providing you keep supplying Fit notes while the Appeal is on going. You need a new one as the current one has been invalidated due to the refusal of ESA. Explain why to your GP. It needs to run from refusal date for as long as you can get it to run.

Thanks Horseunderwater- I actually spoke to the JC on Thursday when my GP refused to give me a sick note and told me that was no longer the case- they will use it until it runs out and I still have another 2/3 weeks left on it.

I was on assesment ESA anyway (been on it 6/7 months?) so I will work on the basis they will pay in a few days.
