Havent Heard Back About DLA Appeal

A few month ago, me and my representative filled in DLA forms and sent them off. About 2 weeks later, I got a rejection letter and it said I had one month to appeal it. So 3 weeks later, my representative sent in an appeal letter. Which was with in the 1 month time limit

Its now been 2 months since we sent in the appeal letter and I have not heard a single thing now for almost 3 month. Which is when I got my rejection letter.

Should I have heard something by now? Should they have at least sent me a letter to let me know they have recieved my appeal letter?????
