I'm going to Florida next month with my wife and kids.
I would like to take our Nokia 6230 phones but would like to know if it would be cheaper to get some American sim cards for them to reduce the costs of calling whilst there, instead of using our Vodafone cards and paying astronomical call costs?
Can anyone recomend anywhere to get USA sim cards from and any costs involved?

I bought one from Expansys last year for about £15

It's always cheaper to buy the SIM abroad than from 0044 or Orate
Some of the 2nd hand ones on eBay are expired; I wouldn't bother with those either.
The Speakout offer from 7-11 (roaming on Cingular) seems to be popular for foreigners, but maybe it still comes only with a phone - worth checking.0
