County Court Letter from Parking Eye

Hey Peeps,

I'm new to here, but i have followed the great advice on this forum and have successfully not needed to pay parking eye in the past.

However, my wife got a ticket couple of months ago, from parking eye, to which i quite confidently said "oh don't worry about this, they can't do nothing, just bin it".

On came the usual warning letters....

But today, we received this one, which to me looks a little strange, the wording just doesn't sound like a Council would write and there is no printed name apart from a pen signature?

Any help would be really appreciated, as we are quite concerned now: the letter can be seen here:

I have uploaded the letter to photobucket, but this site wont currently let me post the link (as i'm a new user): Anything else i can do?

Cheers

Type out the link with www missing and dot instead of . Someone will decipher it.

Delete any names and reference numbers obviously.

    Hey Guys,

Superfast replies, mega impressed already!! :)

The wording just doesn't seem legit to me, e.g:

    "which can be quite substantial"

Here is the full letter: (i put spaces between the " . com" bit

That's a penalty charge from Worcester County Council, they are going to the county courts with an order for recovery , in other words you've ignored or not dealt with this

This has nothing to do with Parking Eye . I suggest you pay this penalty before any bailiffs get involved, once they are in on this the price increases hugely. You may ask the guys over on https://www.pepipoo.com for further advice but I think your only option is to pay now.

The only way parking eye could be involved is if they are acting for the council and are CEOs issuing penalty charges, I've never heard of them doing that ever. This at first glance is a completely different situation, please don't ignore this, if a bailiff comes involved they could potentially add hundreds to the cost, clamp or tow your vehicle. Then you have to deal with that.
