There will be one prize only. The prize is a complete HD kit consisting of a Sony W40 television, Sony HD handycam, a Sky HD box and a Sony home entertainment system. The prize winner will receive a Sky HD package to include a Sky HD Box, standard installation and relevant Sky subscriptions for 12 months (Sky World, Sky HD and Sky+).
The winner's prize is subject to the winner's compliance with the standard terms and conditions for Sky HD, Sky+, Sky digital and the winner will be required to enter into relevant 12 month contracts. Therefore the winner must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland.
The winner will be responsible for obtaining all consents required e.g. landlord's consent before installation. If the winner is unable to accept the prize because they cannot get Sky HD at their property, then BSkyB reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant. Pay-per-view events and Sky Box Office movies are not included in the prize and must be paid for separately.
Sky HD is only compatible with digital satellite. Sky digital and Sky HD subscriptions required for HD programming. Professional installation and fixed telephone line connection for 12 months required. Non-standard installation costs extra. Installation may be subject to delay. Calls to Sky Talk for information cost up to 8p per minute for BT customers. Charges from other providers may vary. Further terms apply. The prizes are non exchangeable, non transferable and non refundable and there is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of it/them).

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
