I am going to Portugal in 2 weeks and want to know which is the cheapest way for me to spend money abroad. I don't have time to get a new credit card with perfect exchange rates so which is my best alternative of the accounts I have?
Nationwide Flex Debit Card
Barclays Debit Card
First Direct Debit Card
Barclaycard Credit Card
Virgin Credit Card
or is it much cheaper for me to apply for a Pre paid card?
If it's only going to make a few pounds difference for about £500 spending I won't bother with a prepaid card.
I will be paying the credit card off as soon as I return and the credit cards have no balance currently on them.
Thank you for your advice

The Barclaycard CC which charges 2.99% on any transaction abroad.
The Nationwide debit charges 2% on purchases, plus another £1 for ATM withdrawals.0 -
