i had a claim for esa the claim went down and i appealed , the tribunal found me fit for work although i have got learning disabilitys , cannot read or write and have arthritic knees and there fore cannot stand or sit for long , esa said to go for jsa we contacted jsa and they said that at the moment we have made our self fit for work all though my dr said that i cannot work due to my problems , esa said that i can make another claim but doubt full if it would be a success as it would go straight to a decision maker, so if i cannot have jsa or esa what benefit can i have the only one i am on is dla , i am in debt up to my eyes and have to pay my mortgage and afraid that i might lose my house etc and having to live on the streets thanks

we would like some sort of advice as my brother cannot read, write , stand or sit for very long due to his knees , his doctor says that he cannot work and he is still being signed off sick, he had a appointment to day at the job centre which was a waste of time and he has to go back tomorrow with 3 jobs that he can do but finding 3 jobs he can do is very hard , he is in debt up to his eyes and risking loseing his house, this has happened since the esa assessment due to the goverments so called rules, so with out living on the streets what can he do for benefits , the only benefit he is getting is dla nothing else

    Back to basics:

When was the original WCA, and when was the tribunal?
Did he provide his own medical evidence, and did he have help completing the form?
What descriptors do you feel he meets?
Does he have any savings, or other household income?
