Parking eye and debt recovery

I received a letter from debt recovery ignored them until my final letter, which I caved in and made payment arrangements!
Until today.... Debt recovery have sent me another letter (final letter) about a different parking ticket....
They know I've made one debt recovery payment so will they hound or take me to court regarding the Second letter?
Should I ignored this second letter or ignore it.
I need advice, thank you.

Can you please stop paying these scammers, they really don't deserve your money at all. If parking eye take you to the small claims it can be defended with help from us and the guys over on pepipoo.com
And on the second ticket the above advice is valid for it. Please don't put any further detail on a public forum about your situation. Can I ask is it England or Wales these fake tickets were given ?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

It is for England
Thank for advice0 -
Okay your course is set as you are at the DR+ stage of the scam, you'll get the zenith letters who are DR+ pretending to be someone else. Then that is the end of the scam for them, they send it back to PE and its in the hands of them if they attempt to take it further.
Despite the claims that PE are doing now, only a minute number will land up with a claim, you would be extremely unlucky to get one. On the second claim is it for the same place and PE? Please observe my signature about giving to much detail. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Please make a complaint to whoever is involved, demand that they cancel both fake tickets as you are a customer of theirs, show receipts and the demands. Tell them that you hold them responsible for the actions of their agents, and you are minded to sue them for harassment. Are you considered disabled under the Equality Act ? A complaint to PE?0

No it's pointless as you are past any possible challenge to them. They will reject anything you tell them. Focus your attentions on the retailer. If its a large national company they will have a head office that complaints can be made to. Though complaining to the store is good also. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

A complaint to whoever owns the car park. Was it a store or a retail park? If a store, go to the store and complain. If a retail park or a car park shared amongst a number of stores, you may have to complain to the people who own/run the retail park.0 -

OBVIOUSLY a complaint to the landowner/centre/retailer - why on earth would you put up with this harassment from their agents & it beggars belief that you'd pay Debt Recovery Plus some money for a fake PCN which would have lead nowhere - they must be laughing their heads off at this 'payment arrangement' you fell for.
Soooo sorry you've been scammed but COMPLAIN, obviously, and NOT to the parking company!
Have you started to pay yet, have you actually signed anything? If not then DON'T!!!!:eek:
Gawd you only needed to Google the name or search the forum a bit; info about this 'fake PCN' scam is on MSE and other forums; repeated hundreds of times over:

Watchdog have also covered this scam before too, here's just one example programme. If only you'd watched it or just searched t'internet about this scam:

Retailers, shopping centres, cinemas, fast food places and landlords use these companies because they fall for the spiel that they are a 'parking management company' when in fact they are all about scamming money out of those customers/visitors who can least afford it, for any old excuse, pretending to issue 'parking tickets'.
The landowners/centres/retailers need COMPLAINTS to stop it. Was this a flippin' Supermarket where you were shopping or something?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
