tax credits entitlement

hey guys

Applied for working tax credits recently and received a response I am entitled to £0.00

I am working 35hrs per week and my income last tax yr was £15000 however it has now reduced to £10920.

Using the online calculator results in a payment of around £741.

Am i entitled?? (this is for single person entitlement and no kids)

As you have had a fall in income, the first 2,500 of income fall is disregarded so they will treat your income as 13,420.

Did you take account of that in the calculator?
