hi guys i new to this so i appologise in advance. i had my atos medical for esa 5 weeks ago,i had a panic attack while having my interview.anyway does anyone know how long it normally takes for dwp to make decision please x:A

It is taking some weeks at the moment. You could call the Benefit Delivery Centre (number of any JCP letters) and ask if they have had the report back from ATOS yet - you can also ask them to send you a copy for your records.

I would strongly advise urgently phoning DWP, and getting a copy of the medical report.
This will tell you what report has been made about you.
Do not wait for their decision.
In principle, it is possible that you may have been marked as 'not cooperating' - which could mean you would not get paid if you were to make an appeal after a decision to disallow you ESA.
You need to head this off by ensuring the report has an accurate description of events.
