FREE PRIZE DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over and excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. There are seven (7) Lifestyle Stainless Steel Pedestal Barbeques available in total to be won.
3. Entries for a chance to win a Lifestyle Stainless Steel Pedestal Barbeque can be made from 10:01am on Tuesday 28th May until 10:00am on Tuesday 4th June 2013. There will be seven daily draws and one winner will be drawn at random from all entries received each day e.g. • Draw 1 –includes all entries from 10:01am on Tuesday 28th May to 10:00am on Wednesday 29th May. • Draw 2 – includes all entries from 10:01am on Wednesday 29th May to 10:00am on Thursday 30th May and so on. • Any entries received after 10:00am on the final closing date of Tuesday 4th June will not be included in the prize draw.
4. Each draw will take place within 48hrs of each closing date. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the draw date, and will be sent via standard class post to the address supplied in the original application.
5. Entrants may make a new entry each day but no one person or household may win more than one prize. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
6. Bulk, trade or third parties applications are not permitted, and will be disqualified.
7. No cash alternative will be available. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the full terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize, should the prize become unavailable for any reason, with an alternative of equal value.
10. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing this promotion.

13. A list of the winners can be obtained by sending an email entitled “HERTA Barbeque Giveway” to [EMAIL="Love.Brands@uk.nestle.com"]Love.Brands@uk.nestle.com[/EMAIL] from 7th June 2013 for a minimum of 3 months.
14. Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the ‘Lovebrands’ Facebook page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants, fans of ‘Lovebrands’ or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.
