Guess what...lifted that straight from one of the 'ineffectual' results you get when you search...in fact I could have picked almost any result...all giving a definitive response about raising an appeal and how you go about it - and to come back when it gets to POPLA stage. I thought those other threads were helpful surely to see all the advice given again and again?

So, I just looked at the results again and pretty much all the threads said the same. I just picked one at random from page 2 of the result, showing just some of the huge number of Parking Eye cases on here all saying the same thing. Really don't get why that's any different than my usual copy & paste (always just lifted from a random other PE thread!) and surely it helps an OP to see how easy it is to search a forum rather than be given links & stuff as if by magic, with no clue how to find things when you next need advice?

...but if I just link stuff like that out of the blue, how do you know how I found it? Surely it's better to start searching, then search 'POPLA' and maybe search other keywords such as the 'name of the town' with 'Parking Eye' to see if other people have posted about it - once you can search effectively you'll find ANY forum so much easier as they all work in a similar way.
