Hello, Just need some advice regarding this.
I went live with talktalk on 07.05.2013 and a few days later when I went live I checked my latest balance by pressing 150 from my landline anyway it stated this, -£50.00 in credit and £29.17 of unbilled calls, I don't understand what is unbilled calls? I have not made any calls, well I have but I have not been charged for the calls as I check my usage on my account online and it states these for the calls £0.00 also I am on unlimited calls to landline and 0845 ete, so I can't understand what is this unbilled calls? I never stay on the phone for about 20 mins, I got told that if I stay on the phone for over 60mins then I will get charge but I never on the phone for so long.
This unbilled calls is really worrying me, I spoken to talktalk customer service but not get much help from the indian department
Any help would be great thank you.

The unbilled calls are those that are for this month's bill that you haven't paid/billed for yet. If your calls are free then there won't be anything to pay - that's why it says 00.00.
No need to worry. You would be better registering on the TT Member's Forum than phoning them up, if you have any queries as they are much more helpful.0 -

Thanks for your reply so why does it says I have unbilled calls of £29.17! I am confused.0 -
Have you phoned any numbers beginning 07, 0843, 0844, 0871, 0872, 09 or any of the others that are not inclusive?Businesses using 084, 087 or 09 numbers will soon need to display details of the inbuilt Service Charge under Ofcom's "unbundled tariffs" plans.
Businesses using 084, 087 or 09 numbers for customer service, complaints, renewals, etc, will need to swap to an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number before the Consumer Rights Directive comes into effect June 2014.0 -

What it is, it said I have unbilled calls for £29.17 on the day when I went live so how could i make all calls on the same day? in fact I only rang 01282 numbers when I went live so its not any of them numbers above! I don't know what it is0 -
When you get your next bill the unbilled numbers will appear on your statement and if you haven't called those numbers, contact TT members forum and get them to sort it out.0
