Anyone who's spoken to them - are they refunding all the money, the £2.72 postage as well as the £6.75 for the binder?
You don't need a screenshot. Go to the 'My orders' section of Amazon and click on the relevant order - it shows up quite clearly that the offer promised 10 binders.0 -
Looking around on the internet though, it would appear they don't have to fulfil our orders if the pricing was a mistake. I guess by the very fact that it was such a bargain compared to other online products it could be argued that it was clearly a mistake. Not explaining myself very well (why am I awake so early?):

But if I get a free binder out of this I'll be happy.

They don't have to honour the mistake if they cancel the order before items are sent out, as it can be argued as a pricing error but once they have entered into a contract by accepting the order and dispatching they are bound to uphold the contract. They are not allowed to then renegotiate the contract and with-hold part of the order. This is where it gets into a sticky situation and a bit of a grey area.
If you were to press the issue with trading standards I imagine they would have to supply the binders as agreed, but a free binder is still better than nothing. Would be nice if they processed refunds though, still waiting.Comping wishlist for 2017

I got an email today:Many thanks for your order from Supplies for All, unfortunately we have had to contact Amazon regarding this item as there has been a data error with the listing and the price for a single unit has been matched to a listing marked as a pack of ten in error for several market place sellers.
Due to us being a small family firm selling on the Amazon marketplace, I am sorry that we will be unable to ship ten of this item out on your order due to the significant losses that would be incurred. Amazon has recommended that we can offer to ship this single unit to you (as the price paid is based on a single unit only) or alternatively you can choose to cancel your order. You can do this by clicking on the CANCEL ORDER link at the bottom of this message and following this through to a cancel your order request, then we will be able to ensure that your order is cancelled and refunded for you.
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment that this has caused you and the delay in communication as we have been trying to resolve this problem as promptly as possible.
So just cancelled it with Amazon. Bit gutted it was a price mistake but no harm done.0 -
I would have thought that if the error was on Amazon part then why the supplier is apologising/compensating? I would imagine pursing the case against Amazon have better chance of a success.0
