Have you phoned them? Their number is 01476515934. If they have advertised ten and only sent one, they have still accepted your order and will be bound to sending the other nine out to you.

I would also take a screenshot before they change the listing so you have proof should amazon get involved.

You can send the one back and get a refund if you like.

I have spoken to them as there are going to be a lot of annoyed people.

They have said it was Amazons error listing it incorrectly, although that isn't true, they will send the rest for an extra £33 odd or they will let you keep the one and refund the full price. I still think they are bound to send the 10 for that price as they accepted the order but failed to deliver them all, but a free folder is better than a kick in the teeth.

Will have to get on the phone to them, if they refuse to send me the other nine I won't be using Amazon again. Mistake or not, they listed 10 so should send 10 or send none and cancel the order

Edited to add: I've just phoned them and had the same outcome as you savvybunny. Like you say, got a free folder out of it but it's bad form from Amazon!

Well it's not Amazon, it's 3WM that is a third party seller. They blamed Amazon for making the listing as 10 instead of one but really, 3WM didn't pay attention to where they put their listing and didn't think to check the listing before they sent the items out. You could try contacting Amazon and see what they suggest?

I've gone through Amazon to complain about only receiving my 1 ring binder, they will be chasing it up.

I had difficulty finding a direct contact number for Amazon, for anyone else who is struggling - 0800 496 1081

Almost £10 for one ringbinder delivered is a bit steep when Amazon themselves sell 10 for £33. You would have defnitely thought that 3M would have checked the order.

Just arrived home from work to find my one hyper-expensive ring binder. Does anyone have a screenshot of the Amazon offer page they could put up here?

Anyone who's spoken to them - are they refunding all the money, the £2.72 postage as well as the £6.75 for the binder?
