Anyone heard of a Acax meeting at JC+

I have a meeting with JC+ tomorrow due to having my benefit sanctioned.

I am sure the girl on the phone said when I go to front desk just to tell them its a Acax meeting

Anyone know what Acax or maybe something similar sounding?

AJAX diary, basically its what they call the benefit enquiry diary.

It's actually AJCS, which stands for Accessing Jobcentre Services.

They're generally reserved for vulnerable people who would otherwise struggle to deal with DWP.

It's just a name, nothing to worry about.

I got the advice right just the abbreviation wrong Does it really matter ?;)
