Tesco coupons for extra points ONLINE ONLY

Evening all,
I was wondering if someone could help me on this one, when you get these coupons at the end of the quarter, some of them will accept with little trouble and the system easily detects what you have bought to qualify for these points on the coupons, some however are a complete mind field and i really am struggling to find out what qualifies. As mad as it is, i've even typed in what the coupon says in the tesco search and it is still saying to me:
Your order has not qualified to redeem this eCoupon.
These ones are the ones which seem difficult:
Longlife Juice or Squash
Any prepacked cooked meat
Jam or Preservaties
tea, coffee, hot chocolate and malted drinks
Thanks Keep saving!

This happened to me the last few times I shopped. Apparently spending £3.30 on frozen chips didn't qualify me for the 50 points coupon when you spend £1.50 or more on frozen chips.
I really don't have any answers i'm afraid it is very frustrating!0 -
I had the same problem last time too, I knew the voucher was corect but the till wouldn't accept it.
I took it to customer services who sorted this out and were really helpful, the downside was I had to queue twice! To be fair it prob wasn't worth my time but I guess I was bored and wanted to make a scene? :cool:0 -
I just email customer service who are happy to just manually add the points to my card as they can see I have reached the terms of the voucher and I have a valid code. They've done several for me each quarter, usually the 100 points online shop codes don't work for me either so they do those. The Year Of DreamsBig Love To All Comp Sharers
