Earplugs

I've been thinking about buying these for going to gigs. They have been showing a programme on BBC2 Scotland about entrepreneurs and ear plugs was one of the products. I think you can also see the programme on Youtube. It is a set of ear plugs attached to a lanyard which can be personalised with band name, etc. Biffy Clyro and The View have used them.

I had some similar. However, you will find that the lanyard is a pain in the butt lol.0 -
I tried foam ones but found them too big for my shell-likes.
I usually get the wax single-use ones from Boots, and actually split them in half so I get a pair out of one plug. They are just as effective blocking out Himself's snoring, and cost effective too. Once, when Boots had run out of the waxy ones, I tried the silicone ones and they were great, a bit of a treat really, but not as cost effective.Howwwwwww Much????

The Howard Leight Laser Lites are the ones my boyfriend uses again and again (he is very sensitive to heat and noise apparently and needs them to sleep).
I've seen great deals on multipacks on ebay for the Laser Lites, useful if you need to use them consistently.
He recently picked up a cheap foam set by Masterplast from Savers (the pharmacy) but said they were absolutely rubbish. http://i.ebayimg.com/t/Masterplast-Ear-Plugs-High-Quality-Easy-Fit-Sleep-/00/$(KGrHqQOKjYE4CWQ-gDIBONqCtHNmw~~1_12.JPG0 -
I agree with LouLou's boyfriend, the Howard Leight Laser Lites are fantastic and I've tried pretty much all of them as I have a husband who snores like a steam train. They also cut out the noise at festivals and concerts. You need to practice how to get them in properly but once you've mastered it, you won't hear anything. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pairs-Howard-Leight-Laser-Plugs/dp/B0007XJOLG/ref=sr_1_1?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1369739672&sr=1-10
