So sorry to hear about your sister chickadee - I had a scare a few months ago which thankfully was just that. Four ladies at work are also going through the same thing and are doing really well, all have had different types of treatment regarding the operation and post op treatment, and all are doing really well.
((((hugs)))) to you and your sister. X:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

Sorry to hear the results weren't good. Enjoy your holiday in Wales & I hope the treatment goes well for her. Let us know & keep being a great sister. All the best.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

Hey, thanks guys. We went out for some tea yesterday after getting the news and Toothsmith and others, you were right. The worst thing was worrying about not knowing. My sister kept saying all evening, "But I had no idea!" so I suppose this is why it is such a shock. She went for her mammogram (she will be 50 this year) and was not at all worried about it as she had had no warning signs at all.
People have been fantastic. Friends, family, neighbours, all offering support to her. It is strange but so many people are touched by cancer either themselves or their families, it really is the moderm epidemic.
Thanks everyone for your kind words. :A It is great to know that you are all there willing her on.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

I'm so sorry to hear about your sister's results. Try and stay positive as you are right about the Big C touching most families! My father was given only weeks to live and he is still fit and going strong 7 years later!
Dont forget the love and support people are offering is for you as well as your sister! Keep strong and enjoy your time away in Wales.0 -
