Pmsl

Good afternoon everyone

has anybody had dealings with PMSL , yes i also !!!!ed myself laughing when i was shown the letter :rotfl: that has come into work. Apart from the wrong reg being on the letter am i right in thinking that if a public road carries on into a private road with no means of stopping you entering that road ie barriers then it is still classed as a public road ?? if this is the case then why are this mob issuing these charges. Our charge which was received was entering this particular road when the sign says u must not !! as per the photo copy peice of paper we have received .

Dont worry even if it was our vehicle our fleet department have been advised not to pay it.

No. It may be a road the public has access to, but that doesn't make it a public road.

However, you are right in not paying, and not having any intention of so doing.

We knew they existed but haven't seen a PCN from them!

You must have some fun with this appeal, why not write and say 'two can play at that game' and call yourself 'Mr Stupid-Acronym' the driver. Have a laugh.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
