Can anyone tell me if I'm able to file for bankruptcy. I am in £35,000 of debt credit cards and loans including a goverment student loan. I am a home owner mortgaged. Will I have to sell my house to pay off the debt? If I move to another country does my credit rating here affect my chances of establishing a credit rating there? Thanks.
