Hi everyone.. Please can I have some advise on what to do with the fines I have received in an asda carpark scotland.ive parked in this carpark 1 day a week at the same time and left around the same time for about 3 years now and within the past week I've received more than 1 fine. I've been reading the threads and can't find any advice for scotland.. I'm assuming I'm not the only person that this is going to happen to if they have just enforced the parking rules or as ive ready here is a new company in place.
I know best advise is to ignore.. But 3 fines! Can I do this.. Having this hanging over my head is giving me a very big headache I understand why people pay..
Any advise would be greatly appreciated..

It's not a fine! And do you actually work at this asda ? Or do you just abuse it once a week ? I'm sorry if the latter you and others are probably the reason Smart are there to begin with.
As its Scotland ignore is the adviceWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

If you work for Asda at that branch go and see admin to get your name added to the 'white' list.
If not, just ignore.0 -
Unless you are simply using the car park as a park & ride? I would suggest unless you are a customer you stop parking there as you have come to notice and will get special attention. If you got 1 notice per day, then that is reasonable - 3 on the same day would not be.
I'm inclined to say do not pay, but with the caveat you park somewhere else. Smart appear to be a new contractor as I recall it was Inter City Parking who previously (badly) monitored ASDA's Scottish outlets.0
