Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 17 500 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS - send a SMS text to 84644 with A, B or C to indicate their answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84644 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com, www.stv.tv or www.u.tv and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

    Prize:

    The prize includes £30,000 cash (“cash”), tickets to a film premiere and trip to London (“London trip”) and a round-the-world-trip (“round-the-world trip”). Further details on each element of the prize are as follows:



    a) Cash

    A cheque for £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.



    Prize provider: Fremantle Media Enterprises, 1 Stephen Street, W1T 1AL.



    b) London trip

    Four (4) tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend the UK premiere of the new Superman film “Man of Steel” at the Odeon Leicester Square, London, on Wednesday 12 June 2013.It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to travel between 11 and 13 June 2013 as no alternative dates are available.



    The prize includes:

    · standard class return rail travel from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home address to London (or if the winner is based in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, return economy flights to London);

    · return transfers from the London train station or London airport to the hotel in London;

    · a two-night stay for the winner and their companions at the Landmark London Hotel based on four (4) people sharing two (2) twin or double rooms (subject to availability), on a bed and breakfast basis; and

    · return transfers from the hotel in London to the Odeon Leicester Square in London to see the premiere.



    Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the London trip element of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



    Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.



    The winner and their companion(s) acknowledge that in the event that the premiere does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided. The prize is subject to venue restrictions and photographic IC may be required. The film has been classified as a PG certificate film and parents should consider whether the content might upset younger or more sensitive children.



    The London trip element of the prize excludes excursions (other than those specified above), meals and drinks (other than those specified above), souvenirs, programmes, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and travel insurance.



    Prize Provider: Element London Limited, 5 Crombie Mews, Abercrombie Street, London SW11 2JB.





    c) Round-the-world trip



    A 19-night holiday (subject to availability and change based on travelling times) for the winner and up to one (1) companion to Saint Lucia, Vancouver and Sydney.



    The prize includes:

    · return economy flights from London Heathrow with stopovers at Hewanorra International Airport in Saint Lucia, Vancouver International Airport in Canada and Sydney Airport in Australia;

    · return transfers from the airport in each of the stopover locations to the hotel;

    · seven (7) nights in 4-star accommodation (subject to availability) in St Lucia, five (5) nights in 4-star accommodation (subject to availability) in Vancouver and five (5) nights in 4-star accommodation (subject to availability) in Sydney, all on a bed and breakfast basis and based on the winner and their guest sharing twin or double room (subject to availability); and

    · travel insurance for the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and terms & conditions of the insurance provider). Note that it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 74 years or over.



    The London trip is subject to availability and it is the responsibility of the winner to contact the prize provider or their agents as specified at least six (6) weeks before they wish to take up this element of the prize.



    The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 May 2014 and travel cannot take place between 19 December 2013 and 3 January 2014 (inclusive), on any UK Bank Holidays, or on any other dates as may be specified by the prize provider.



    Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the resort for security deposit purposes.



    The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into Saint Lucia, Vancouver and Sydney. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.



    It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.



    It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



    It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to Saint Lucia, Vancouver and Sydney. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in Saint Lucia, Vancouver and Sydney.



    The prize excludes:



    Ground transport to and from London Heathrow, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
