Athena ANPR - appeal?

Apologies I can't find anything very recent regarding this company. Had one from Athena drop through the door this morning. Am I right to email them to appeal first? Then do a proper appeal to POPLA?

Should I use the appeal letter here?

You can't have looked very hard! Type "Athena Parking" into the search box at the top, and loads of threads.

Only use a template if you really understand it all and it is relevant to your case in all areas. Otherwise edit it accordingly.

Only use a template if you really understand it all and it is relevant to your case in all areas. Otherwise edit it accordingly.

Yep, appeal and you could use that sort of template as a base for your own letter but I never recommend blindly copying a template letter.

Most importantly, come back when you get a rejection letter/POPLA code, do NOT just fire off the same sort of template appeal for POPLA, you'll need more.
