Hi,
I've got an entry for a debit card payment for £4.80 from www.parkmobile.com on my bank statement.
I don't remember paying for parking using my phone recently, but may well have forgotten.
The question is, do I contact Parkmobile about it and risk giving them more info about me if it is a scam? Does anyone know if they are a legit company?
Thanks,
Jim

Of course you contact them if you don't recognise a payment out of your account. I have never seen these before but judging by the website they look legitimate. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thanks Stroma.
I agree they look legit, but wanted a second opinion.0 -
Contacted them and we were in the car park at the time.
Confused about it all, however.
As the question is now so different to "Who are Parkmobile.com?", I've started a new thread.
