0870 numbers

Hi there, this isn't strictly about mobiles but I couldn't find a more apt place to ask the question. About 2-3 years ago I found something which gave alternative numbers to 0870 numbers that most UK companies seem to give out these days to further rip off their customers. I think it was via Martin's Money Tip emails but cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas where such a list exists? Thanks in advance.
