Log Book Loans Charges

I foolishly got talked into taking out a log book loan with theis company and after having a loan of £1600 I have paid in excess of £1500 in charges for letters to inform me that I am in arrears , these were sent out at £20 each letter and I only had the loan over 18 months so you can imagine how many they sent me, I did contact them regarding this and out the blue they reduced there charge down to £12 per letter but my question is can I claim these back in the same way as I have claimed my bank charges back, as they would not be awarded in a court as being actual; loss, thanks

Just to let you all know, I was down to paying my last £170 via a payment plan, I went on holiday and missed one payment, and guess what happerned this morning, woke up to find my car clamped, I was furious, I removed the clamp but an £838 bill later my £170 had increased by loads, I even had to pay for the clamp as they said that I had removed it, can any one advise me how I can start to claim my charges back from LOG BOOK THIEFS, I am gutted.0
