I need some help or advice regarding car hire in spain ... last week i paid 83 euros to doyouspain for car hire in girona next week then i was warned by a friend about this company and after being shocked by what i found so i filled out a cancellation form however i can get no response from them and they continue to hold my credit card payment . The problem is that i need a car and i've found one with a reputable company but i need the money back on that card to pay for the other hire car. 
Anybody else been through this and how did they get their money back?

Sorry I haven't been through this and can't help just wanted to say I hope you manage to get it sorted as I almost booked with them as well but then read hundreds of terrible reviews on them.
Perhaps see if your credit card company can do anything to reverse the payment?0 -

As far as I can see, you have no 'right' to cancel, and they're done nothing wrong to you yet.0
