Hotels in Madrid

Hi,
I am looking for a good standard hotel with a swimming pool in Madrid in August. I am hoping to combine some sightseeing and basking around the pool in one holiday, can anyone offer any advise on Hotels to consider. I have been told the Emparador? is OK with a rooftop pool.

I stayed at the Hotel Melia Castillo which was lovely, had a pool (was shut when we went though)2p off is still 2p off!0
