DMP with Payplan

Hi guys and gals! I have today started a DMP with Payplan and have around £13000 worth of debt that I am not proud of but it happened and now trying to deal with it 
I was wondering if anyone has had experience of dealing with Payplan and if anyone has completed a dmp with them, how long did it take for approx £13000 to be paid off? We are paying £200 a month to creditors. Just really really scared and nervous that we are doing the right thing. We couldn't have an IVA though apparently and something needed to be done before it was too late. Any advice would be greatly appreciated?! Thank you so much
