    Yup, I have the answer ticked and have tried ticking and unticking other boxes but no joy. Will try again later.

    Update:

    Changed to FF and it worked (normally use FF but wifey was using pc earlier and changed things)

    When I press submit it just goes to the top of the page, the postcode 'find' button doesn't work and the 'TV Provider' section has no options in the drop down menu. :( I have tried it with Chrome and Firefox.
