MCOL v. Butlins-They've agreed to pay..but not court fees?

Hi,
A few months ago I made a MCOL claim against Butlins for a terrible holiday.
I claimed:
Cost of Holiday: £415
Interest@8%: £69
Court fees: £35+£55
The court case is scheduled for July,
They have agreed to pay just the £415. My question is if I stick to my guns, are they likely to eventually pay the full amount? (Ideally I would like them to pay for all the recorded delivery costs and the hours of work I have spent preparing documents...but i guess I can't)
Advice would be appreciated, thanks.

If they agreed to settle out of court why would you expect them to pay court costs? When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0

What? Are you kidding? Because I have paid the court fees to take the case to court when they are to blame.0

Jethro is correct.Because I have paid the court fees to take the case to court when they are to blame.
That was your choice. Not theirs. You haven't won your case. They are offering to settle out of court. Probably as it is the cheapest option. If you lose, they will ask for you to pay towards their costs. This is one of the gambles with legal action.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). It's unlikely the court will grant the interest claim.
For the court costs of £90 and not having to take a day off or spend a day of your own time to go to court I'd accept the offer.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Thank you. Im as confident as I can possibly be with all the relevant evidence I have backed up (Photos, proof of phone calls to complain, witness statements, copies of forum pages where other people have had exactly the same issues as I have). I think I will wait.
Is there a possibility of them replying to my refusal with the 'full' amount?0 -

and...as they have offered a full refund it is also unlikely that the court will grant you the court costs so all you can expect is exactly what they have offered....a full refund.:footie:
