Paying off Natwest personal loan

I have recieved a Family loan that will enable me to pay off my Natwest loan early.
The balance currently stands at £6300 with my regular payment of £210 due to be paid Tuesday.
Am I right in thinking that if I pay £6000 next week after the cheque clears, then let the regular payment finish paying off the loan account that it will lessen the early repayment charge that I will have to pay?(I think it is 60 days interest)
Thanks in advance
