Wall Repointed - Cost

We bought our property a few years ago (new build). Last year the shop next door was renovated and it left an area of our wall exposed that hadn't previously. It looks awful...

The builders say that the shop next door are responsible for resolving the issue (took them 6 months to come out and look at it) as they took down the lean to that had it covered - my argument is that a wall has two sides and they should have cemented between two bricks properly!
Anyway I just want it resolving so wondering how much it would cost to get a builder / brickie to repoint it. Area exposed is about 3ft by 7ft (we live in a ground floor apartment if that matters!)
Thanks
