I've seen there are other threads regarding this company and hope you can advise.

I have no outstanding debts, so know that this cannot be anything to do with me. However I received a fishing letter which addressed to Mrs Z X Bloggs. It was ignored as I am Mrs X Q Bloggs-Smith (and have been for 10+ years) so the names and initials are close but totally incorrect.

Today a letter has arrived, again incorrectly addressed, referring to previous correspondence for an outstanding debt of £180.86 with Aktic Kapital UK Limited entitled Settlement offer. I've not received any other correspondence but as it is the wrong name any way, do I just ignore it, or should I send the prove it letter and add in that no-one of that name lives here? Any advice gratefully received.

Just mail it back and put "RTS - not at this address" on it.

Worth checking your credit file in case these idiots have linked you to Mrs Z X Bloggs and her debts

Have checked my credit report and that all seems clear, letter is back in the post as suggested. Thank you.
