hydro meter reading

hope someone can tell me how often hydro electric send someone to read the electric meter?

is it every 12 months or 24 months?

thanks for any help anyone can give me!

    I don't know the answer to your question but why not supply them with your own customer reading. With most suppliers this will cause an invoice to be generated and sent out.
