I will be staying overnight in the City area of London on a Saturday. The hotel does not have a restaurant and I know that there is not much open in the City at the weekends, so can anyone recommend somewhere to go for a reasonable breakfast on a Sunday mornng in that area.
Thanks
Neil

There are Sunday markets to the east of the City (Brick Lane, etc.) if you want a hearty English breakfast or bacon sarnie.
There are foody places in Spitalfields, also to the east. And in Hoxton, to the North. There's also Borough Market at London Bridge.0 -
Thanks for the suggestions.

Borough Market just over London Bridge.
The City as in the Financial District is a ghost town on a Sunday, very little will be open0 -
Check the Wetherspoons website for the nearest pub to you, should be fairly quiet on a Sunday morning and the breakfasts are value for money.0

Marias in Borough Market. Full English, 'bubble' and a pint of tea!0

The breakfast club in Hoxton or Spitalfields is good0
