The first prize winner and three companions will each receive: 2 days’ entrance to the Alton Towers Theme Park and the Alton Towers Waterpark; a fastrack ride on The Smiler (one ride per person); and an overnight stay at the Alton Towers Resort in The Smiler Bedroom with breakfast.

1. The Smiler experience prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 years and over (winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult), except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, Alton Towers Resort, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter, go to https://www.superdrug.com, and complete the online entry form.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 07/05/2013
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. There will be one first prize winner and three runners up.
7. The first prize winner and three companions will each receive: 2 days’ entrance to the Alton Towers Theme Park and the Alton Towers Waterpark; a fastrack ride on The Smiler (one ride per person); and an overnight stay at the Alton Towers Resort in The Smiler Bedroom with breakfast.
8. The three runners up will each receive one day theme park entry to Alton Towers Theme Park and a fast track pass for the new ride The Smiler for themselves and 3 friends. Fastrack pass is one per person and allows one Fastrack ride only.
9. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 08/05/2013.
10. The winners will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by 13/05/2013. Winners must claim their prize by 23:59 on 27/05/2013. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner. Once winners’ details have been confirmed, Superdrug will give these details to Alton Towers Resort who shall distribute the prizes.
11. The winners must redeem their prize by 07/11/2013.
12. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for their own expenses including (without limitation) travel, all food and beverages, spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental costs, and any other costs, charges, taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winner in claiming the prize.
13. The prize is outside the control of Superdrug. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the prize – it is the winners’ responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
14. Any decision of Superdrug as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of https://www.superdrug.com or any other reason.
15. The prizes are subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.
16. Images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
17. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
18. A list of the winners’ names and counties will be available on request between 13/05/2013 and 03/06/2013 by sending an email to marketing@superdrug.com
19. The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
20. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy.
21. All elements of the prize are being provided by Alton Towers Resort, and Superdrug is acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw.
22. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
