cant afford my debt arrangement anymore

hi,
I have debts originally of around £6000, a year ago I started a debt arrangement scheme with an online company at £126 a month for 5 years which is the minimum (im in Scotland). it's been on hold for 6 months due to being on maternity pay.
Due to a change in circumstances I wont be going back to work for a while so cant afford to pay it. my best option is to go bankrupt but I don't have a spare £200 to do it! I thought about going to the citizens advice but was told they wont help if ive already signed an agreement with someone else.

any advice?

Are you paying a monthly fee for someone to manage your scheme? If so you should seriously think about cancelling it then going back to CAB or another free debt charity.
