Killing and reseeding grass by hedge
I hope to kill, sand, rotavate, and reseed my lawn. But there is an area alongside an established hedge, with lots of couch grass and other weeds. How do I tackle that area? I can kill the grass and weeds with black plastic bags held down with stones. Then what?
Maybe just lay down some new soil, and seed over the dead grass?
