What fuse box was fitted before the current rcd consumer units and what is the name of the fuses?

Not quite sure what you mean, but as you refer to "fuse boxes," they did previously hold rewirable fuses, generally compliant to BS 3036 standard."Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

No they are not rewireable. After those but not current ones.0

The Wylex Consumer Units were very popular and could be fitted with either rewireable fuses or cartridge fuses. They can also accept MCB's if you leave the front cover off.I can afford anything that I want.
