account regarded as defaulted or delinquent

On my credit expert credit reoprt it says you have account regarded as defaulted or delinquent how do i find out which account this is as they all say satisfactory apart from 2 one which says 3 payments late in yellow thats not mine and they are looking into, and another that says nothing will this be the one?
