Competitions are open to all UK residents over the age of 18.
Prize Description: Prize consists of one (1) round-trip trip for two (2) persons to Dublin, Ireland for the premiere of the film “Oblivion” on Wednesday 3 April 2013, as follows:
(a) Flights:
(i) Shared Private Jet travel from Farnborough Airport to Dublin (Departing 3rd April, returning 4th April).
(ii) Winner and guest must travel at the same time and must depart from the same location.
(iii) Winner and guest are liable for their own behaviour on outward and inbound jet travel and must abide by the direction of the crew.
(iv) Winner is responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid passports and applicable Visas.
(b) Accommodation:
(i) 5-star hotel accommodation for up to two (2) people in a maximum of one (1) room (double/twin share) for one night (room and continental breakfast only). A glass of champagne will be provided in room upon arrival.
(ii) Hotel accommodation does not include, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip.
(iii) A credit card or cash deposit for incidentals will be required by the hotel at check in.
(c) Premiere:
(i) Tickets for winner and guest to the official premiere of “Oblivion” on Wednesday 3 April.
(ii) The time and date of the premiere is fixed and cannot be changed by the winner.
(iii) The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the Premiere is cancelled, amended or cut short due circumstances beyond their control.
(d) Meet and Greet with Tom Cruise: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ELEMENT OF THE PRIZE IS SUBJECT TO MR CRUISE’S MANAGEMENT CONFIRMING THAT HE WILL ATTEND THE SESSION.
(i) The exact date, time, duration and location of the Meet & Greet will be determined by Mr Cruise’s management in their sole discretion.
(ii) Please note that the Meet & Greet will not be an exclusive event and there will be other guests present.
(iii) Mr Cruise’s management will determine, at their sole discretion, whether photography and autographs will be permissible.
(iv) The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the Meet & Greet is cancelled, amended or cut short due circumstances beyond their control.
(e) Lunch:
(i) Three-course lunch at Chapter One restaurant in Dublin.
(ii) Lunch includes a £50 beverage allowance for each of winner and guest. Any beverages consumed over and above this limit will be the responsibility of winner.
(iii) Gratuity is not included at Chapter One restaurant – this is at the discretion and responsibility of winner.
(iv) Time and date of the lunch booking is fixed and cannot be changed by the winner.
(f) Other inclusions: The prize package also includes:
(i) Transfers to/from the airport in Farnborough.
(ii) Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport and hotel in Dublin.
(iii) Private car transfer to/from the hotel and the premiere.
(iv) £500 pre-premiere shopping spree spending money (total of £500 per couple). Spending money will be in either the form of a pre-paid MasterCard Spree Card or a cheque. Form of payment will be decided by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
(v) Comprehensive travel insurance for the winner and guest, provided that winner and guest are 79 years of age or younger (but excluding all pre-existing conditions).
(g) Exclusions: Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded. In particular (but without limitation), the prize does not include: expenses including insurance, meals, transfer costs other than those stated, phone calls, visa costs, gratuities, security and/or departure costs, ancillary costs and spending monies. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges.
(h) Other conditions:
(i) Winner and guest must both be 18 years of age or older at time of travel.
(ii) Travel arrangements must be made through Protravel, P&MM Ltd, Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD (ABTA number: G0642) (the “Travel Arrangers”).
(iii) Trip departs on Wednesday 3rd April and returns Thursday 4th April. Dates and times are fixed and cannot be changed. Travel Arranger may require an earlier departure date in order to meet the London Farnborough connection, in which case overnight accommodation will be provided. You must not enter competition if you are not available on these dates. No cash alternative will be offered if winner is unable to fulfil the prize. If winner elects not to partake in any or all portions of the prize, or to bring a guest, any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
(iv) All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Neither the prize provider nor the Promoter can be held responsible if the prize trip is cancelled, amended or cut short due circumstances beyond their control. The winner cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part). All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time.
