Shard - Rubbish Offer in Metro

The View From The Shard normally costs £25 per adult. However, Monday's Metro had a special "Reader Offer" where you could get two adult tickets for "Only £60".
How many people would fall for this and assume they were getting some sort of deal?

I thought exactly the same thing, i thought maybe it included travel as it was a travel offer but couldnt see anything that indicated that.0
