Warning to woolwich customers

Just a little warning to the people whose woolwich branch has closed and gone to barclays.
Make sure you check that all your direct debits and standing orders are still in the system.
2 of Mine were not.

is you have a woolwich passbook, the barclays machines won't take them

also on-line banking and telephone banking no longer valid

I've had 3 missing - when I rang and ranted at them they originally told me I was the only one - I argued this and they admited there has been a glitch .....

I said yeah right,and i came off the last boat from china.
did get a letter in post today apologising though.
